  3. Why is my Cash on Delivery (COD) order delayed?
    COD orders require verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. This can add 1-2 extra days to delivery time.

  4. Do you offer returns?
    Yes, we have a 5-day return policy. However, an unboxing video is mandatory for the return to be approved.

  5. How do I request a return?

  6. When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are processed after product inspection and will reflect in your bank account within 7-15 working days.

  7. Can I exchange my order?
    Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required, and a Rs. 150 shipping fee applies.

    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  9. What happens if I cancel orders frequently?
    Frequent cancellations may result in permanent account blocking, and we may report your account to other online platforms.
